There are plenty of herbaceous aromas with a peppery, zingy flavour.
120 fresh lemons are hand squeezed by us into each barrel of Sparkling Nettle Wine.
To create the perfect sparkle we use the classic method
developed in the champagne region to produce a secondary fermentation in the
bottle. Each bottle is then hand turned daily for 6 weeks before disgorging to
remove the sediment.
